Game Changers Forum returns to Lisbon for its 6th edition on 10 October 2026, moving to the MEO Arena to accommodate its biggest audience yet. Former US President Barack Obama is the first confirmed headline speaker, joining a stage of more than 30 national and international leaders for an afternoon of conversations on leadership, change and the future.
About Game Changers Forum
Game Changers Forum is a network of leaders built around education, inspiration and networking, aiming to have a positive impact on society. The gathering has grown steadily since its early editions, including its 2nd edition at the Mafra National Palace in October 2024 and its 5th edition at the Cidadela de Cascais in May 2025, which drew more than 500 attendees, into one of Portugal’s most talked-about leadership events. The forum is closely linked to Game Changers Talks, a CNN Portugal series featuring interviews with inspiring leaders about their journeys and strategies.

Alongside Barack Obama, the 2026 line-up includes Ana Figueiredo (MEO/Altice Portugal), Miguel Stilwell (EDP), Rui Miguel Nabeiro (Delta Cafés), Ricardo Parreira (formerly PHC), Carlos Moreira da Silva (Teak Capital), João Pedro Oliveira e Costa (Banco BPI) and Ricardo Mendes (Tekever), with television presenter Carolina Patrocínio returning as master of ceremonies.

The forum runs from 3pm to 8pm at the MEO Arena, in Parque das Nações, a venue familiar to international visitors from its role hosting Web Summit, and an easy metro ride from Lisbon Airport. Tickets are available through the forum’s official website and authorised resellers.
