FUSO is Lisbon’s premier open-air video art festival, established in 2009. Held annually in unique venues such as gardens and museum cloisters, it showcases a diverse range of video art from both national and international artists. The festival aims to promote critical engagement with contemporary issues through the medium of video art.
2024 Edition: “Resistência, mais uma vez”
The 16th edition of FUSO took place from August 27 to September 1, 2024, under the theme “Resistência, mais uma vez” (“Resistance, once again”). This edition focused on themes such as war, exile, migration, climate change, and identity, encouraging audiences to reflect on these pressing global issues.
