AGEAS COOLJAZZ – Cool Energy, offers during the month of July in Cascais, an agenda that gathers a series of genres like Jazz, Blues, Soul, Jazz, R & B, and Pop, with the mission of enticing sensations and experiences at symbolic spaces where the historical patrimony is allied with nature, since 2004. The 2026 edition ran from 8 to 31 July; dates for the 2027 edition have not yet been announced.
In addition to the main line-up, there are also other music spots, the Cascais Jazz Sessions and the Cascais Lazy Sundays (free Sunday programming).
Cascais is a small village just 30 km from Lisbon, well known as the Portuguese Riviera.
This is where the festival is nested, specifically in the Museum District. The Parque Marechal Carmona, Hipódromo Manuel Possolo, and the gardens of the Museum Casa das Histórias Paula Rego are the natural scenarios of the coolest summer festival in Portugal.
